利用規約

1. 適用・サービス

本規約は、Synka Teamが提供するアプリ「ナニソレ」の利用条件を定めます。ナニソレは、知らないものや気になったものを文字で記録し、あとから状態や履歴を見返すためのアプリです。アカウント登録やクラウド保存はありません。

2. 利用条件・禁止事項

利用者は、適用される法令および本規約に従ってアプリを利用してください。法令に反する情報の登録、他者の権利を侵害する利用、アプリや関連サービスの妨害、リバースエンジニアリングその他不正な利用をしないでください。端末内のデータと端末の管理は利用者ご自身で行ってください。

3. Premium購入

アプリでは、提供時に限り、買い切りのPremiumを購入できます。Premiumは無料版の保存件数上限（現在5件）を解除する機能です。提供状況・価格はアプリ内のストア表示をご確認ください。購入、決済、購入権利、復元、返金には、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playの規約・手続きが適用されます。返金を希望する場合は購入したストアへ申請してください。購入権利は購入したストアのアカウントに紐づき、異なるストア間では移行できません。Appleで返金を申請 / Google Playの返金について

4. コンテンツと知的財産

利用者が入力する項目名の権利は、利用者または該当する権利者に帰属します。アプリ、デザイン、文章、ソフトウェア等に関する権利はSynka Teamまたは各権利者に帰属し、法令上認められる利用を超えて、許可なく複製・再配布・改変することはできません。

5. 情報の性質

ナニソレは学習教材、検索サービス、専門的助言、または正確性を保証する知識提供サービスではありません。アプリに記録した内容や外部検索の結果を判断・行動に使う場合は、ご自身で情報を確認してください。

6. 変更・終了

当方は、機能、提供条件、対応環境を変更し、またはアプリの提供を終了することがあります。可能な場合は、アプリまたは本サイトでお知らせします。

7. 免責

当方は、法令で認められる範囲で、アプリが常時利用できること、エラーがないこと、登録情報が失われないこと、または特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。当方の故意・重過失による場合や、適用法令で除外できない責任を制限するものではありません。

8. 規約の変更・お問い合わせ

本規約を変更した場合はこのページに改定日とともに掲載します。

Terms of Use

1. Scope and service

These terms govern your use of Nanisore, an app provided by Synka Team. Nanisore lets you write down things you do not know or find curious, then revisit their status and history. It has no app account or cloud storage.

2. Use of the app

Use the app in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the app or related services, reverse engineer the app, or use it unlawfully. You are responsible for managing your device and its locally stored data.

3. Premium purchase

When offered, Premium is a one-time purchase that removes the free storage limit (currently five items). Check the in-app store display for availability and price. Apple App Store or Google Play terms and procedures govern purchase, payment, ownership, restoration, and refunds. Request refunds from the store where you purchased. Purchase rights are linked to the purchasing store account and do not transfer between stores. See Apple refund requests or Google Play refund information.

4. Content and intellectual property

You or the applicable rights holder retain rights to titles you enter. Rights in the app, design, text, and software belong to Synka Team or their respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify them without permission except as allowed by law.

5. Nature of information

Nanisore is not educational material, a search service, professional advice, or a source of knowledge that promises accuracy. Verify information yourself before relying on app notes or external search results.

6. Changes or discontinuation

We may change features, terms of service, or supported environments, or discontinue the app. Where practicable, we will give notice in the app or on this website.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, preservation of entered data, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
